Deer Run Mission Statement –

Consisting of eighty-one two and three story units, each home is highlighted by an attached two car garage (the only Sawgrass COA with this offering), private front entrance, and many with patios and screened lanais.  By design, the units within the nineteen buildings are staggered giving each homeowner a semi-private rear space overlooking either the #8 fairway of the Sawgrass Country Club golf course, our own Deer Run pond, or a tropical backdrop with native foliage.  Deer Run is very different from most COA’s in that it has a long history of allowing homeowners to add their personal landscape touches upon the common property and make design modifications to the original building plan.  Though the homeowner agrees to maintain these personal improvements, they have all added to the unique character of our Deer Run community.

Location, location, location is key!  That is one big reason Deer Run is a premier community.  Living within the gates of Sawgrass in prestigious Ponte Vedra Beach, our homeowners are given the peace of mind and security that a world class gated community offers.   Deer Run is located within minutes of walking distance to the beach; there is a three-mile walking path “the loop” within the greater Sawgrass community, and the Guana Preserve just outside our gates.  If also a Sawgrass Country Club member, you are in the presence of its amenities such as a fitness and tennis center, beach club and 27 holes of championship golf with a clubhouse built in 2021, plus swimming pools and restaurants.  Another convenience is Sawgrass Village, a local shopping center just outside our Sawgrass community’s front entrance.  Stores include a pharmacy, grocery store, dry cleaners, fine dining and other restaurants, clothing shops and art galleries.  Plus, the finest in healthcare is within 15 minutes’ drive.
